Maintenance and support of PCs include one or more of the following:
  Desktop and Server Support
  Reinstallation, additional setup and reconfiguration of existing computers, standard applications, standard peripherals, etc.
  Virus prevention and removal.
  Operating system updates.
  Data back-ups as required
