All products sold by us are covered under a 7 day guarantee. Items may be returned or replaced subject to manufacturer and/or Pixie IT restrictions.
Items may be returned under the following conditions:
- All products must be returned in a condition similar to when they arrived, including: packaging, documentation, warranty cards, manuals, accessories and proof of purchase.
- A 20% charge will be levied if goods returned lack original packaging or if the packaging is damaged.
- Software and consumables (eg: DVD's and CD's) are non-refundable unless returned unopened.
- All returns must be shipped back to us with prepaid freight; only if the manufacturer/Pixie IT is found to be at fault will shipping and insurance costs be refunded.
- If the items returned are found to be non-defective, a 15% handling fee will be charged.
- If items are returned within 48 hours from purchase unopened, a full credit will be passed.
We cannot be held liable for goods that are incompatible or do not meet your requirements; please ensure that you confirm that the product you have chosen will meet your requirements before placing your order.
All warranties are supplied by the manufacturer of the product through the supplier, and not by Pixie IT.
Please note that all media and consumables do not carry warranties and cannot be returned or refunded, unless a known problem has been reported to our supplier with similar items in their batches and they are prepared to replace them.
